Booking and Payment

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking date.
• Final payment is typically due before or on the day of the event, as specified in your service agreement.
• We accept various payment methods as agreed upon during the booking process.
• Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed-upon rate.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund, less a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are generally non-refundable.
• In case of cancellation by us due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Make timely payments as agreed
• Grant us access to the event venue at agreed-upon times
• Ensure the venue is suitable for our services
• Obtain any necessary permits or permissions required for the event

Our Responsibilities

We agree to:

• Provide professional event styling services as described
• Arrive on time and complete setup as agreed
• Use quality materials and decorations
• Maintain professional conduct throughout the event
• Handle breakdown and cleanup as specified in the service agreement

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crafteflameex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Crafteflameex or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
